The Gare Maritime’s monumental hall can accommodate several thousand people, or can be divided into distinct zones thanks to its modular pavilions.
Each configuration preserves the volumes and natural light of the original building.

Gare Maritime produces its own energy thanks to 10,000 photovoltaic panels and operates without a traditional heating system, thus avoiding 3,500 tonnes of CO₂.

The refurbishment of the Gare Maritime was carried out in accordance with strict environmental standards, integrated into the very structure of the building:
Materials: FSC-certified wood, reused historic stone, BREEAM Excellent-certified design.
Water: Rainwater harvesting for watering gardens and supplying sanitary facilities.
Vegetation: 3,000 m² of indoor and outdoor gardens, 100 trees planted on site.
Organizing an event at the Gare Maritime means relying on a sustainable infrastructure that’s already in place, without adding to the cost or compromising on the experience.
